Still, unless the talent market shifts back in the direction of associates and partners who want more flexibility, George Wolf, managing director of Aon Law Firm Advisory Team, said he expects a number of similar Big Law firms to move to four-day attendance mandates by the end of the year, adding that some firms may only be waiting for summer associates to leave before laying down the law.
